📜 HOGWARTS ACCEPTANCE LETTER 📜

Dear Witch or Wizard,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to attend the Hogwarts Dining Experience at Wharf Hill Brewing Company.

On July 31 and August 1, the Great Hall will open its doors to students of all ages for a magical dining experience featuring house sorting, themed food and drinks, magical desserts, trivia, and the House Cup competition.

Upon arrival, guests dining in the Great Hall will be sorted into Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin and join their fellow witches and wizards in the race for the House Cup.

House assignments are determined by the Sorting Hat and available seating to help keep the House Cup competition balanced throughout the event.

No visit to the wizarding world would be complete without a stop at the Three Broomsticks, where magical drinks, Butterbeer, and other enchanted refreshments await.

🏆 HOUSE CUP COMPETITION 🏆

Throughout the event, houses will earn points through themed menu purchases, trivia, and displays of house pride as they compete for victory.

Costumes, robes, house scarves, ties, and house colors are encouraged!

Guests who are sorted into the same house they are representing will earn a 10-point House Pride Bonus for their house.

Each table may earn one House Pride Bonus per visit.

To qualify for the House Pride Bonus, attire must clearly represent a specific house (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin). General Hogwarts apparel, Hogwarts crests, or wizarding attire that does not identify a specific house will not qualify for bonus points.

Show your house spirit and help lead your team to victory!

• Our regular menu will not be available during the event.

• No call-in or online food orders will be accepted during the event.

• Reservations are not accepted.

• Seating is first come, first served.

• Guests dining in the Great Hall will be sorted into a Hogwarts House.

• Guests seated in the Three Broomsticks bar area will not participate in house sorting.
